Time Frames

Please order your requirements two weeks to a month in advance. If you need your order prior to this timeframe, we will do our utmost to accommodate you (we can in some instances do same day turnaround), please contact us to request if urgent priority service is available.

Engraving / Artwork Requirements

When providing engraving details for engraving plates, please provide the engraving details for your awards on the template provided on the website. Please ensure that the engraving you note is exactly as how you want it printed, as in the majority of cases we simply upload the template to the printer software to print as provided.

When providing artwork for anything logo’s, pictures or the like the preferred format is .pdf, however we can also accept .eps, .ai, .cdr. If you only have .jpg or .png please ensure sufficient resolution for quality purposes. If we need to redraw your artwork a small surcharge may be occurred, we will let you know if there are issues with the artwork supplied.

Copyright

When providing artwork to us including logos, graphic designs etc, please ensure you have received the appropriate permissions to use the artwork. We will not be held responsible for any copyright breaches if the artwork was provided to us for use.

Any artwork created by Prime Trophies is subject to copyright and cannot be used by any other party.

Delivery

Please specify during checkout whether you want to collect your order or have your order couriered to you.

If you choose to have your order couriered we will do our utmost to package your order securely, however as your order will be passed to third party freight companies we are unable to take responsibility for your product once it leaves our shop. We cannot be held liable for any goods damaged, or missing in transit.

Returns

In an award is found to be defective, please return it and we will replace the item for you. Please note that if the issue is purely with the engraving on the engraving plate, we will simply provide a new engraving plate in replacement.
